With over 35 years in the high-security industry, Pete has held senior positions at Thorn EMI Security, Bell Security, Securitas, and Synectics.
Since joining Crime & Fire Defence Systems in 2012, he has helped lead the company’s growth and reputation for trusted, government-compliant security delivery.
Chris Laughton
Consultant
Founder of Crime & Fire Defence Systems in 1999, Chris is a qualified Emergency & Security Systems Engineer with extensive experience in major systems sales and customer relations.
Now focused on consultancy& business development, he continues to support the company’s mission of innovation and excellence.
Craig Watts
Operations Director
Craig brings over 20 years of experience in the high-security sector, having worked in senior roles at Thorn EMI Security, Bell Security, and Securitas.
He joined Crime & Fire Defence Systems in 2012 and now oversees project operations, ensuring every system meets the highest standards of compliance and safety.
