Crime and Fire provide tailored service and maintenance contracts to both our installed and clients existing security systems using our team of multi-disciplined engineers covering the entire UK.

We offer service and maintenance visits and inspections in accordance with the latest British Standards to ensure your systems integrity and your compliance to relevant legislation.

Using the latest software, we keep track of your maintenance schedule, manage your asset lists, maintain site plans and track all corrective issues and SLAs. This is supported by a customer facing portal, where you can view your locations, asset lists, directly log requests, track your own SLAs and approve work quotations.  

Our engineers are DBS checked and fully vetted to BS7858, and hold relevant permits, training and additional screening as needed for your projects.

The service and maintenance solution provides the 2 critical functions:

Preventative maintenance inspections, including routine testing of all assets in line with regulatory, legislative or manufacture requirements. 

Corrective maintenance & response, engineer attendance to faults and issues with maintained systems 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
